Take your Windows experience to new heights with these must-have apps. This new iTunes app is a bad idea. It scrambles everything. All of my music is scrambled and some albums and folders are automatically renamed, itunes with app store download. All of the artwork has been mixed up and scrambled. Very bad company decisions! Very disappointing! After the latest update I cannot download videos in any higher resolution than x ! I tried to close the app and could never get it to open back up!!!!! I deleted and downloaded again and the same problem occurred!!!! Days wasted trying to recover and update a device on this app, and all for nothing.
Even after contacting support and doing everything the internet could suggest, always got an error and I could not access my device. I ended up using third party software and it worked like a charm. Screw iTunes. It's buggy, slow, ugly What else can I say? Oh, yeah; I itunes with app store download even get the program to install!
